“An Arab looks like a Breton”: Melha Bedia returns with “Miskina” on Prime Video

Obviously, when you go to a brasserie called Vaudeville, laughter is never far away. Especially when we have a meeting with Melha Bedia. Whether in front of the camera or a Perrier grenadine, she sparkles. At 33, the actress has long proven that she is not just a “sister of”. Sister of Ramzy, yes, but above all an endearing actress, an irresistible comedian and a sensitive author-director, Melha Bedia brings together all these qualities in her series “Miskina, the poor one”, which she co-wrote in particular with Xavier Lacaille, back this Friday 27 September on Amazon Prime Video with a second round of episodes.

A comedy where laughter joyfully coexists with melancholy and deep reflections on mourning, family, immigration. We follow the tribulations of Fara (Melha Bedia), a young thirty-year-old who has to deal with the loss of her grandmother, the secrets of her family which lead her to Alicante (Spain) and her double attraction towards two men (played by Xavier Lacaille and Hakim Jemili). A great success.
