Neste thanks and there are good signs in the background – “This can continue”

Fuel company Liquid demand for the main product, i.e. renewable diesel, has risen wildly, and it shows no signs of abating.

This is what Kauppalehti’s editor who follows the company says Alberto Claramunt.

“In terms of renewable diesel, there has been a 50 percent increase from this year’s bottom,” says Claramunt.

He says that the EU’s Red III directive sets a certain minimum target for renewable fuels by the end of the decade. In addition, Germany may try to protect internal combustion engine cars for fear of Chinese electric cars. This all falls into Neste’s lair.

“This can go on,” says Claramunt.

Neste’s share price has risen strongly this year. Its background is not only the growth of the market for renewable fuels but also for aviation fuels.

”SAF:n [uusiutuvien lentopolttoaineiden] the share has been more than 20 percent of the EBITDA of renewables and it has doubled this quarter as well,” says Claramunt.
