RA and UAE have expressed readiness to develop bilateral cooperation in the field of defense between the two countries and for this purpose signed an agreement on cooperation, the Ministry of Defense reports.
The agreement will define the main directions of cooperation.
Cooperation was discussed at the meeting between Defense Minister Suren Papikyan and UAE Deputy Prime Minister, Defense Minister Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum.
The ministers discussed issues related to defense cooperation opportunities, as well as regional and international security.
