Shipping company Tallink Group shares will be removed from the watch list, informs Nasdaq Helsinki.
AS Tallink Grupp’s shares were transferred to the watch list based on section 4.1.1(d) of the rules from June 17, 2024.
Tallink Grupp announced on August 6, 2024 that the takeover offer ended on August 5, 2024 and announced the preliminary result of the takeover offer.
To infortify made a voluntary purchase offer for Tallink in June. With the offer, the company now has control over Tallink. The shareholders who participated in the offer sold a total of approximately 161 million shares to Infortar, which is 21.71 percent of all shares.
In its purchase offer, Infortar offered EUR 0.55 per share for the shares, while the price before the purchase offer was EUR 0.79 per share.
