Trading in Asia is mostly positive this morning – the Nikkei is down 0.4%, the Shanghai Stock Exchange is up 1.4%, and the Hang Seng adds 0.6%. The Shenzhen index jumps 2.2%, the South Korean Kospi loses 1.8%.
European stock markets closed in the green last night: the DAX index rose by about 0.9%, the CAC advanced by about 0.5% and the Potsi climbed by 0.1%.
There was no trading on Wall Street yesterday on the occasion of Thanksgiving. Tonight, the last trading day of November at the American Stock Exchange, there will be a shortened trading session in New York that will open at 20:00 (Israel time).
Bitcoin trading continues to be volatile. After soaring to a high of $99,000 per coin last week, then dropping to a value of $91,000, the cryptocurrency is now trading at $96,300 per unit. The ether currency is 3.58 thousand dollars per unit.
The US bond market is stable. The yield on the two-year government bonds is 4.21%, and the yield on the 10-year government bonds is 4.23%.
