Housing portfolio trading began today on the Nasdaq First Growth Market.

After half a day, the company’s shares had been traded for EUR 21,044.

The price of an individual share was EUR 150.

The amount of the Housing Portfolio Group’s equity on March 31, 2022 was EUR 149.69 per share based on the current number of shares and the amount of adjusted equity was EUR 155.81 per share adjusted for deferred tax liabilities related to changes in fair value.

The housing portfolio is a housing investment company engaged in rental operations, the investment strategy of which focuses on Selected individual apartments in owner-occupied housing in Finland and in the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. In Finland, the emphasis is on the Helsinki metropolitan area.

The company was founded by Timo Metsola mixed Jaakko Sinnemaa and it focuses on small apartments in its housing portfolio.

In March 2022, the company’s current return was 4.3 percent. In Finland it was 4.4 per cent and in Estonia 4.0 per cent.

The housing portfolio is Estonia’s largest market-based landlord.
