Nexstim grew and operating profit was upward

Medical technology company Nexstim published its semi -annual report and financial statements last year in July -December.

Net sales increased to EUR 5.6 million from the EUR 4.7 million in the previous year. Operating profit increased to EUR 0.3 million from EUR 0.2 million.

Nexstim advises that the company’s net sales are increasing and that operating profit improves.

In 2023, net sales were EUR 7.2 million and the operating loss was EUR 1.2 million. The loss per share was EUR 0.20.

Nexstim’s business is divided into diagnostics (Navigated Brain Stimulation) and Navigated Brain Therapy.

In addition, Brainlab acts as a distributor for Nexstim products.

Sinaptica, on the other hand, is a company that aims to develop therapy treatment for nervous disorders. Nexstim has cooperation with the company in terms of Alzheimer’s disease.

“We are now supporting growth at the end of last year’s Brainlab cooperation agreement with our global distribution partnership network, which is now at the start of the marketing and sales of the United States and European Diagnostic Device.”

According to Karvinen, it is important for the company to develop and train its partner network in cooperation with Brainlab.

“This allows us to make our sales and marketing messages efficiently and comprehensively as possible for as many markets of more than 6,700 current customers in Brainlab.”
