Skytrax today (Wednesday) released the ranking of the 100 best airlines in the world. The ranking was based on public opinion polls and was conducted among more than 350 airlines around the world, with the last polls being conducted from September 2019 to July 2021, for nearly two years, and its results are now being published.
The list is led by Qatar Airways Qatar Airways, followed by Singapore Airlines and in third place is the Japanese airline All Nippon Airways (ANA All Nippon Airways).
In fourth place is the United Arab Emirates airline – Emirates, in fifth place is the Japanese airline Japan Airlines, in sixth place is Cathay Pacific Airways and in seventh place is Eva Air (EVA Air). Qantas Airways is in eighth place, followed by Hainan Airlines in ninth place and France France in tenth place. The Israeli company El Al, in case you were wondering, did not enter the coveted list.
Qatar Airways has won other categories, including the leading airline in the Middle East, the best business class and the best business class seats.
The winner of the second place, Singapore Airlines, also won the categories Best Class, Best Seats and Best Air Crews. It even received an award for being the cleanest airline in the world.
