VNPAY and Da Nang City Tax Department cooperated to launch the “60-day Campaign” to support business households converting from flat tax payment to declaration, and at the same time applying digital transformation solutions in tax management.
According to the agreement, the cooperation aims to support business households to become familiar with and convert to the mechanism of self-declaration and self-payment of taxes, preparing for the application milestone from January 1, 2026. This transformation aims to meet new standards for invoices and electronic documents and improve financial management efficiency.

To realize the goal of digital transformation, VNPAY provides a pair of solutions VNPAY-INVOICE (Electronic Invoice) and VNPAY-CA (Digital Signature). These two solutions help businesses and business households automate the invoicing process according to Decree 70, reduce manual operations and storage costs, and standardize accounting work according to new regulations.
Along with that, digital payment solutions such as payment gateways, VNPAY-QR, VNPAY SmartPOS and PhonePOS support business households to process transactions faster and more securely. In particular, VNPAY-QR allows buyers to pay using many sources such as bank accounts, international cards or e-wallets, bringing flexibility to customers and helping businesses reach a wider group of domestic and international tourists.
Currently, VNPAY is implementing a promotional package exclusively for businesses and business households in Da Nang, including 30,000 free electronic invoices and three years of using HSM digital signatures. Thanks to that, business units can seamlessly deploy payment processes, issue invoices, store documents, and quickly meet new professional standards.

“Converting from contracted households to declaring is a big change, requiring close coordination between management agencies and technology businesses. With electronic invoice, digital signature and digital payment solutions, we hope to help business households in Da Nang adapt more easily, reduce costs and be more transparent in the tax declaration process,” VNPAY representative shared.
The cooperation between VNPAY and the Da Nang City Tax Department is expected to create a boost for the transition from contracted households to declaration, promoting non-cash payments and digitizing the tax process. Thereby, taxpayers can access a more transparent and convenient process, reduce manual procedures and save operating time.
In the coming time, VNPAY will continue to develop payment solutions and digital services, contributing to promoting digital transformation in Da Nang, creating a foundation for digital economic development nationwide.
