Bankruptcy of a well-known church landlord worth millions

About the assets of the KiWi GmbH based in Lienz became loud AQUA The insolvency proceedings were opened on Tuesday at its own request. The company has been running the Kirchenwirt in Lienz since 2013 and employs 14 people.

The sole shareholder and managing director is Stefan Hetzenauer. The share capital of 35,000 euros is fully paid up. The company has existed since 2012, and a year later it took over the catering business from HB-Bau GmbH.

The debtor’s assets include a building lease on a property in Lienz, catering inventory and a warehouse. The insolvency administration must now decide promptly whether it is possible to continue operations without further disadvantages for the creditors.
