Another historical event following the signing of the Abrahamic Agreements: Royal Air Morocco announced today (Sunday) that it will launch a new direct line connecting Casablanca to Ben Gurion Airport from December 12.
The flight time from Casablanca to Ben Gurion Airport will last about five and a half hours. The company will launch three weekly flights at the launch and according to its plan, will increase the frequency to five weekly flights in a short time.
The flights from Casablanca will depart on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 23:35 (Morocco time) and will land at Ben Gurion Airport the next morning, at 6:15 (Israel time).
Flights from Ben Gurion Airport will take off on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:15 am and land in Casablanca at 12:10 pm (local time).
Royal Air Morocco has announced that the price of a plane ticket will start at $ 420, including taxes, a suitcase weighing 23 kg and a meal.
A Royal Air Morocco spokeswoman noted that the new airport is designed to meet the expectations of the Moroccan community in Israel, which has strong ties with its country of origin, as well as Israelis and businessmen waiting to fly directly between Ben Gurion Airport and Casablanca.
