Grid operator Fluvius wants to recruit 500 additional employees by 2025. The company announced this on Monday.
Due to the increasing electrification of society – think of heat pumps and electric cars – Fluvius will face many investments in the grid in the coming years. For example, 40 percent of the low-voltage grid must be adapted and strengthened over the next ten years.
To implement the entire plan, Fluvius is looking for 500 additional employees by 2025. These mainly involve electricity and electrical engineering technicians and technical bachelors.
The network company is therefore launching a large-scale recruitment campaign under the name ‘Networking for Tomorrow’.
