Israel delivered the first of eight ordered radars from the Iron Dome to the Czech Republic

The Czech Armed Forces received the first of eight ELM-2084 MMR radars manufactured by the Israeli company Elta, a subsidiary of the Israeli Aviation Industry concern.

Radars developed for the Iron Dome missile defense system can be used separately from it to monitor airspace at an altitude of 100 meters to 3 kilometers.

The systems purchased by the Czech Republic will be integrated into the missile defense and air defense system of the North Atlantic Alliance.

It should be noted that although the Iron Dome itself is in service only in Israel (in view of the specificity of the tasks it faces), the radar developed for it is in demand in the world. Among other things, these radars are supplied to Canada, Singapore, Slovakia, Finland, Hungary, India (marine version), Vietnam.
