The Ministry of Village Care is buying two more village houses for young couples in the Prokuplje area
The Ministry of Village Care has approved non-refundable funds for the purchase of two more village houses in the Prokuplje area, the local self-government announced today.As the Beta agency was told, on the basis of already signed contracts, the houses will be given to young married couples Jelena and Milan Veljović in the village of Bresničić and Andjela Pejić and Uroš Marković in Beloljin.

“The city of Prokuplje is one of the few local self-governments that was approved in the first round for the purchase of houses in the countryside,” said Dejan Tonic, a member of the Prokuplje City Council in charge of agriculture.

He emphasized that during the realization of this project, the problem is created by a small number of legalized houses in the rural area of ​​Prokuplje.

According to him, there is great interest among young people in buying houses in the countryside, so it is expected that this year more rural houses in the Prokuplje area will be bought with the funds of the Ministry of Rural Care.

Last year, four rural houses with backyards were bought in that action.
