The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, stated today that the decision was made to build a bypass around Užice, stating that “it is not an ordinary road, but in the profile of a highway”.

“It will cost us 25 million euros and maybe 30 million. By the end of this year, we will complete the highway to Pakovrac, and to Pozega by the middle of next year,” Vucic said during his visit to Uzice.

He announced that the construction of that bypass will start by the end of October at the latest.

He announced the construction of a road to Pribojska Banja.

Vučić visited the new Sports Hall Krčagovo and the Health Center Užice.

As he estimated, the sports hall will mean a lot to the whole city and announced more investments in Užice sports.

In addition to the President of Serbia, the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Tomislav Momirović, the Acting Director of Roads of Serbia Zoran Drobnjak and the Minister of Health Zlatibor Lončar are also attending the tour of Užice.
