The caravan of digital skills, literacy and security “Digital Expedition” starts on Saturday, August 21 from the Republic Square in Belgrade. services, e-commerce, the basics of digital security and literacy, as well as other benefits offered by the digital space and enabling new technologies.

At the first of 16 caravan stations, which will tour Serbian cities over the next four months, Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Tatjana Matic and Minister of Labor, Employment, Veterans’ Affairs and Social Affairs Darija Kisic Tepavcevic will speak about the importance of digitalization.

The caravan is intended for all citizens, from young people who are exposed to digital content from birth, through digitally savvy Generation Z and their parents, to citizens for whom digital resources are insufficiently known or available.

The “Digital Expedition” is supported by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications and the Office for IT and eGovernment, in partnership with USAID and Propulsion and the United Nations Development Program. UNDP).
