To compensate for the lack of staff, Mercado Libre created a bootcamp (a kind of training campus) to take people who are taking their first steps in the world of technology and they work for a while in “training mode”Miranda explains.

In addition, MELI finances part of a training program along with Globant and Digital House, which has already trained 10,000 people.
