Saudi Arabia invests $ 2 billion in Israel thanks to Jared Kushner

The Wall Street Journal reported today that Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of former US President Donald Trump, has established a $ 3 billion private equity fund to invest in Israeli companies (Saturday). Saudi Arabia’s wealth fund invested $ 2 billion in Israeli companies. This is not the first time Saudi Arabia has invested in Israeli companies: through an investment fund run by Stephen Manuchin, another former Trump administration official, the Arab kingdom is investing in Israeli start-ups operating in the US and signing agreements with the American defense system, including the cybercommunication companies Cyperium and Cyberizen. According to the story, Kushner’s fund, Affinity Partners, has already decided to invest in two Israeli companies.
