Living in one of the properties owned by the British royal family is a dream of most mako celeb members, and when we heard that there was an opportunity to purchase a royal property * near * Prince Charles’ estate – our ears opened with joy and rejoicing.
The property next to the house of Prince Charles and Camilla, known as “Haygrove”, is for sale for about $ 10 million. The property, known as the “Almastery House”, was built in the 17th century, covers 1.7 acres, and includes no less than 16 bedrooms, with the highlight – it is located within walking distance of the Queen’s son’s house.
Elmestree House is a Grade II listed Elizabethan.style #Manor House, built by William Brookes in 1844, which stands proud in the centre of fabulous #parkland (117 acres), with an annexe and an extensive range of #estate buildings and a very special neighbour.#cotswolds pic.twitter.com/HjUq2RxqVf

The huge mansion is spread over two floors with 11 bedrooms, and next to it is a small cottage with two bedrooms and a farm with three more bedrooms. Adjacent to the mansion is a small, dreamy lake, a vast forest, and no less than 117 acres of land. This is the first time since 1949 that the estate, built in 1844, is for sale.
“Family.owned estates like Almastri rarely come to market, and this estate is particularly special,” said Matthew Sudlo, head of the real estate agency that brokered the sale. “It is amazing to find an architecturally pure house like Elmasteri in this part of the world, with many original features along with farms of this magnitude.” Definitely wow.
#Cotswolds estate that comes with 117 acres of land… and #CharlesandCamilla as next door neighbours could be yours for £7.5M.
