Christiane Schaumburg-Müller and her fiancé have made good money in their joint venture

Two years ago, former ‘Wild with Dance’ host Christiane Schaumburg-Müller and her boyfriend, Daniel Åxman, set up a joint venture with the aim of acquiring, owning, selling and renting real estate.

While the first year of the company CD Projects ApS ‘lifetime gave a small deficit, the couple has managed to turn the tide into a profit.

In the first financial year, Christiane Schaumburg-Müller and Daniel Åxman came out with a profit of minus DKK 15,000 before tax. They have turned that into a gross profit of 1,451,000 kroner.

When the couple has paid taxes and other financial costs, it gives a profit of a small million – or exactly 990,055 kroner.

Renovation
The result comes from the terraced house that the couple bought on October 1, 2020. At that time, they paid 6,750,000 kroner for it, and just a month and a half later, it was put up for sale again at a price of over ten million.

– We have bought a renovation project, which we have renovated and spent a lot of money on renovating from a to z, and then hopefully a family will move into a completely renovated house, which will be really happy about it. We have to see, Christiane Schaumburg-Müller told Ekstra Bladet at the time.

– This is the first time I have ever tried to do such a renovation project, and you do not do something that you do not think you would like to live in, she continued.

Zero items
However, a reduction of well over a million kroner of the original sale price had to be made before the terraced house in Tårbæk was sold. Despite this, the couple has made good money on the 153 square meter home.

The new accounts show that the inventory is currently empty in CD Projects ApS.

In other words, there are no more housing projects right now for the couple, who over the past year have been through something of a roller coaster ride.

In the month of March, the couple was able to share the happy news that they had become engaged. A few weeks later, they announced that there was family enlargement on the way.

Two months later, Christiane Schaumburg-Müller shared the sad news on Instagram that she had lost their unborn child.
