The court ruling in the process between the former RBB program director Claudia Nothelle and the public service broadcaster brought the so-called retirement practice back into the headlines in the public service system.

The broadcaster will use little or nothing to impose an information lock above it, the behavior only feeds the given distrust about the adequate use of the radio contributions.
The past of the RBB shapes its present, the Bundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg cannot avoid this. Not in the broadcaster itself, not in public.
