The Teatro Real and the Liceu demand legislative reforms to simplify public procurement and avoid blockages

The Boards of Trustees of the Teatro Real and the Gran Teatre del Liceu have pointed out the urgency of adopting legislative reforms that simplify hiring procedures public and thus avoid blockages of artistic contracting or ““liquid talent management”.
