Today, however, he could breathe a sigh of relief. It looks good.
‘The eyes got the verdict today. And it was positive. They are no longer visually impaired – the alarm has been blown ‘, he cheers on Instagram, where he continues:
‘Ohhh that was good. Do not think of being able to see the blue blue sky. That would be sad! But I can, and it’s there, and in the big far more important perspective, I’d wish it were crawling well across Europe, making stupid stupid people look up, forget their weapons, and for a moment enjoy life and freedom instead of fighting it ‘.
Not alarming
In an accompanying video, he also cheers.
– I am no longer visually impaired, there is still a bit of inflammation and it still needs to be treated a bit, but it is not at all, not at all alarming. It’s so amazing, he says.
It is not more than a week ago that Esben Dalgaard could tell that he had had to put the immunotherapy treatment on hold for a short time due to the fear of going blind.
In 2012, he was diagnosed with breast cancer, but in 2018, he was able to share the good news that he was cured. The cancer returned in stage 4, which he is now trying to fight.
