The puppets return to the Teatro Real de Retiro in a new family show by the Claroscvro company

He Royal Theater of Retiro will host a new puppet show, ‘Where the stories go’ from the Claroscvro company, on weekends February 17 and 18, and February 24 and 25at 11:00 and 13:00 in the Pacific Room, as reported by the institution.

‘Where the stories go’suitable for ages 8 and up, will be directed by Julie Vachon, Concha Medina and Francisco de Paula Sánchez, will feature electronic music conceived by Sileno Sonoro and with the participation of Iván Sierra Caballero in the creation of fold-out books, puppets and polychrome.

Thus, the plot will “transport” viewers to a future in which the books have disappeared but they will find them in a hidden library full of “exciting stories” where they will meet Claudius, the creator of all stories, and Mateo, “a brave boy” who will have to find “a lost story,” according to the Teatro Real.

The production premiered in 2019 at the Feria de Teatro del Sur (Palma del Río, Córdoba) and was subsequently presented at the European Performing Arts Fair for Boys and Girls FETEN in Gijón and at the Igualada Mostra.
