Worried about the future

Mathias Käki Jørgensen is currently in the third season of the TV 2 Charlie crime novel ‘Sommerdahl’, where he plays the young police assistant Benjamin.

In addition to his work as an actor, the 27-year-old series star runs his own production company, where he makes commercials.

Even though the company is doing well, Mathias Käki Jørgensen thinks a lot about what might happen in the future.

– His (Benjamins, ed.) Way through finding out how to behave in an adult world is a bit the same as I struggle with.

– It’s often thoughts that go on: ‘Do I still have to do this when I turn 40? Should I continue on this path or take a new one? ‘, He says.

– When you are self-employed, there are a lot of disasters that can happen.

Thinks a lot
Mathias Käki Jørgensen has no education to fall back on if the production company suddenly does not have to go as smoothly as it does now – and it is clear in the video production that his greatest interest lies.

– I do not think it’s plays I have to make the most of, he admits.

– When you did not choose to go to university and you did not choose to get an education – then you can easily think a lot about it.

Also, his family has noticed that he is a bit of a practical disaster thinker.

– My father usually says I opened the umbrella before it started to rain, he says.

‘Sommerdahl’ is broadcast on TV 2 Charlie every Sunday at 20.50.
