Why should you start crying?
There is a cry where only the tears flow by themselves, there is a cry that is accompanied by a whimper, there is a cry of joy and excitement, a cry of a designer or fear. So what are the benefits of crying and why is it so important that you allow yourself to cry from time to time?

There are those who can not pass a day without a few tears and there are those who avoid the experience and save it for rare moments.
