A 35-year-old woman, mother of four, who lives in a locality near Hadera, died this morning (Tuesday) at Hillel Yaffe Hospital after collapsing in her home. This is a woman who gave birth a week and a half ago. The hospital said the woman and her baby were released to their home in good condition five days ago, with recommendations for follow-up in the community, as is customary.

The hospital also said that “despite the great resuscitation efforts of both the ambulance staff and the hospital staff, the latter was forced to determine her death. The hospital shares the family’s grief. A notice was given to the Ministry of Health.”

Shortly afterwards, another incident occurred in the Jerusalem area: A young woman in a critical condition was brought to Shaare Zedek Medical Center shortly after she collapsed and gave birth at her home. The woman arrived while performing a long resuscitation on her that had already begun at her home. Later, a booklet for the Acmo machine and intensive care teams fight for her life. The newborn is stable and in good condition.
