AGI – The epidemic curve in Italy remains down. THE new cases are 835, against 495 the previous day, but above all the 1,255 of last Tuesday.
With 192,882 swabs, 110,000 more than the previous 24 hours, so much so that the positivity rate drops from 0.6 to 0.4%, to the lowest ever. This is what emerges from the daily bulletin of the Ministry of Health.
The deaths there are 31 (yesterday 21), for a total of 127,322 victims since the beginning of the epidemic.
Downhill admissions: intensive care is 23 fewer with 10 admissions on the day, and drop to 362, while ordinary admissions are 101 fewer, 2,289 in all.
The region with the most cases today is Sicily (+133), followed by Lombardy (+126), Veneto (+96), Campania (+94), Puglia (+92) and Lazio (+74). The total infections thus rise to 4,254,294.
The healed are 4,692 (the previous figure was 11,320, but affected by the recoveries reported by the Sardinia Region), for a total of 4,054,008.
The number of people currently positive is down, 3,889 fewer: the patients still active are now 72,964. Of these, 70,313 patients are in home isolation.
