AGI – The registration in the register of suspects for revelation of official secrecy of the former councilor of the CSM, Piercamillo Davigo, it is the latest development of the investigation by the Brescia Public Prosecutor’s Office on the dissemination of some secret reports, given to the Milan prosecutor Paolo Storari (also under investigation) by the multi-investigated lawyer Piero Amara. The minutes concern the alleged existence of the “Hungarian Lodge”, a secret association capable of influencing appointments in the judiciary and in public offices.
The minutes, in Word format and unsigned, with Amara’s controversial declarations issued between December 2019 and January 2020 as part of the investigation into the so-called “Eni false plot” are carried by hand in April 2020 in Milan in Davigo by Storari himself.
Behind the ritual method of delivery there would have been the choice of the Milanese prosecutor to ‘self-protect’ since, according to him, the heads of the prosecutor’s office would have delayed for months the entries in the register of suspects, necessary to promptly examine what was reported from Amara.
Of what Storari explained to him, Davigo would then have talked about it in Rome, in different times and ways, at least with the vice president of the CSM David Ermini and with two other members of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, the Attorney General and the President of the Supreme Court, Giovanni Salvi and Pietro Curzio.
“In the late spring of last year, the councilor Piercamillo Davigo told me that there were disagreements in the Milan prosecutor’s office about a very delicate dossier that also concerned other powers of attorney and that, according to a substitute, remained firm; no reference was made to copies of documents “, declared in a note at the end of April the pg Salvi who then two months later, as the holder of the disciplinary action, initiated it against Storari precisely for the delivery of the minutes to Davigo.
The same acts, in a manner yet to be ascertained at the center of an investigation by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, between the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021 were received anonymously to two journalists from as many national newspapers and by the councilor CSM Di Matteo. To send them, for the prosecutors of Rome, would have been the CSM secretary of Davigo, Marcella Contraffatto, under investigation for the hypothesis of slander.
