Between working on charity initiatives, caring for her three young children, and attending dozens of royal events throughout the year, 40-year-old Kate Middleton also manages to maintain a consistent routine that emphasizes living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.As one of the most surveyed women in the world, the Duchess of Cambridge is very curious about how she stays fit. According to Google, it has the most sought-after diet of the entire royal family, and it stands at 4,600 searches a month and 55,000 searches a year worldwide. This study, conducted by Barbend’s exercise and nutrition experts, revealed that Kate’s food choices generated seven times more searches than average for all royal diets and four times more than Megan Merkel’s diet.

Lots of vegetables

The Duchess begins most of her days off with a green smoothie loaded with vitamins, Bustle magazine reported. v The smoothie contains kale, spinach, romaine, coriander, blueberries, spirulina and finely ground green tea powder (maccha). A health drink rich in nutrients and loaded with vitamins and minerals. Alongside her healthy eating routine, when Kate indulges in sweets, she does it wholeheartedly. He even shared the exact recipe he used to prepare for Britain’s royal family.
