The constantly updated Worldometers monitoring page shows that, as of May 3, 2022, 6,263,244 people died from the coronavirus disease COVID-19 in the world (+1444 per day), about 514 million were infected, more than 39 million are currently infected, about 469 million infected are recognized as recovered. Average lethality: 1.2%.
