The Liverpool players played a 2: 2 draw against Manchester City at home today, in the game of the seventh round of the Premier League.

Liverpool took the lead in the 59th minute with a goal by Sadio Mane, assisted by Mohamed Salah, and Phil Foden equalized with a goal in the 69th minute. Salah brought a new lead to the home team in the 76th minute when, after good dribbles, he got rid of several City players and sent the ball into the net.

The current champion scored a point at Anfield with a goal by Kevin De Bruyne in the 81st minute, and the ball hit Liverpool player Joel Matip on the way to the net.

Liverpool remained the only undefeated team in the league and is second on the table with 15 points, while City is in third place with one point less.

First on the table is Chelsea with 16 points.
