Metalac football players advanced to the eighth finals of the Serbian Cup today, as they beat Zarkovo 3: 2 at home.

The team from Gornji Milanovac took the lead in the eighth minute through Nikola Furtula, and the result was then increased by Damjan Krajišnik in the 16th minute.

By the end of the first half, the guests, who play in the first league, managed to reduce through Strahinja Čarapić in the 22nd minute.

Metalac reached the two-goal difference again with a goal by Srdjan Nikolić in the 72nd minute, while the final result was set by Jovan Kokir with a goal from a free kick in the 82nd minute.

The placement in the eighth finals of the Serbian Cup on Wednesday was secured by the football players of Partizan and Radnik from Surdulica.
