Slovak skier Petra Vlhova won today in the last slalom of the season, at the end of the World Cup in Andorra. Vlhova achieved her second victory of the season with a result of 1:51.38 minutes, that is, she was 0.43 seconds faster than the Croatian Leona Popović, who For the first time in her career, she climbed to the podium in the World Cup.
Third was the World Cup champion, American Mikaela Shifrin, 0.86 seconds behind the winner.
Šifrin already secured the small Crystal Globe in slalom a long time ago, and she ended the season with 945 points won in that discipline.
Female skiers will conclude this season in the World Cup with tomorrow’s giant slalom in Solde.
