Serbian tennis players beat Norway at the start of the ATP Cup

The tennis national team of Serbia defeated Norway today with 2: 1, in the first round of Group A at the ATP Cup in Sydney.

Deciding the second point, Serbia brought doubles Nikola Ćaćić and Filip Krajinović with a victory against Kasper Rud and Viktor Durasović after two sets, 7: 6, 6: 3.

In the first set, the pairs made a break and a tie-break was played, which the Serbian players won 7: 3.

At the beginning of the second set, the Norwegians took the service away from the Serbian players, who then made two consecutive breaks, and after the game, they took the lead with 4: 1. They kept the advantage until the end and brought victory to Serbia at the beginning of the competition in the ATP Cup.

This morning, Krajinović brought the first point to Serbia with a victory against Durasović 6: 2, 7: 5, and Norway equalized after Rud beat Dušan Lajović 6: 3, 7: 5.

In the second duel in that group, Spain beat Chile 3-0 this morning.

In the second round, Serbia will play against Chile on Monday, and Norway against Spain.
