Good advice is expensive, and what do you get for 2.4 million these days?

In FCK, the club icon William Kvist has been paid a decent bag of money to help in the sports management.

This is stated in note 7 of the annual report from Parken Sport & Entertainment, which was published on Thursday.

At the beginning of 2021, William Kvist has taken over the overall sports responsibility for FC Copenhagen and from mid – 2021 acted as a sparring partner for the sports management in FC Copenhagen. William Kvist has received a fee for this of DKK 2.4 million. DKK, it says in the report.

It also appears that Kvist received a total of 2,475,000 for his work.

In the spring of 2021, Kvist was replaced by another former FCK player, namely Peter Christiansen, who has since had the sporting responsibility. However, it has been with Kvist as a sparring partner along the way, it sounds.

Parken Sport & Entertainment presented a total profit of DKK 105.9 million before tax.

Group revenue was approximately DKK 1.18 billion, which is DKK 641.4 million more than in 2020 – read more here.
