Manchester City in the FA Cup semifinals

The Manchester City football players advanced to the semifinals of the FA Cup today, as they beat Southampton 4: 1 on the away field.

City took the lead in the 12th minute with a goal by Rahim Sterling, and the home team equalized with an own goal scored by Emerick Laport.

The current champion took the lead in the 62nd minute with a goal by Kevin de Bruyne from the penalty spot, and then the scorer in the 75th minute was Phil Foden. Three minutes later, the final score was set by Riyad Mahrez.

Earlier today, Crystal Palace reached the semifinals of the FA Cup, beating Everton 4-0 at home.

Later they play Nottingham Forest Liverpool.
