The representative of Serbia in Greco.Roman wrestling, Zurab Datunashvili, won a bronze medal today at the Olympic Games in Tokyo in the category up to 87 kilograms.

Datunashvili defeated Croatian Ivan Huklek 6: 1 in the fight for bronze.

After three great shots in the first round, Datunashvili took the lead with a big 6.0. The Croat then earned one point in the second round due to the passivity of the Serbian national team player, but he could not turn it around.

The representative of Serbia in wrestling, Zurab Datunashvili, said today that he was happy to have won a medal at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, and added that he owed that success to all the people in Serbia who believed in him.

“I am very happy because of the medal I won. That was my goal in Tokyo. I owe this success to all the people from Serbia who believed in me. Thank you, Serbia,” Datunashvili said, reports the Olympic Committee of Serbia.
