Killian Ambape on his way to Real Madrid, and now it’s already (almost) a fait accompli. After its € 160 million offer for the star was rejected by Paris, France confirm that the Blancos have raised the offer which currently stands at € 180 million (170 million plus 10 million bonuses). Meanwhile, a source in Paris Saint.Germain has confirmed that the star will leave the team, according to a report by a reporter in the Madrid “S”.
Nasser El Khalafi, the owner of Paris Saint.Germain, referred to the demon dance around Ambape and said: “Killian Ambape? I was very clear about it, our policy is clear and we will not change it.“
So Al Khalafi maintains ambiguity, but in Spain straighten a line and are convinced that it is a matter of a day or two until the deal is closed. Emilio Buterganio, one of the Blancos’ board members, commented on the deal, saying: “Ambape is signing? I can not say anything you do not know. We need to remain calm and wait for the situation to develop.”
Real Madrid are very optimistic and believe that the deal will close on a sum of 180 million, with Paris for its part not risking losing its star for free next summer.
