Secret FCKs: I reckon with it
Lukas Lerager strongly expects to stay with FC Copenhagen next season, even though the Dane is only on loan from Genoa right now

Prior to Sunday’s derby, FC Copenhagen’s fans can rejoice that their midfield profile Lukas Lerager would like to continue in the capital club.

The 28-year-old midfielder, who is on loan from Genoa, could tell Ekstra Bladet after Thursday’s training that he could easily see a future with the Lions.

– I strongly expect to be an FCK player this summer, he says and continues.

– There are some criteria that must be met, but right now it looks good.

Lukas Lerager can not get into what the criteria are, but he expects to stay.

The strong midfielder has also had a successful stay at FC Copenhagen, which can be crowned with a Danish championship if things go FCK’s way.

A championship that also has great significance for Lerager’s future at the club.

Does it affect your contract whether FCK wins the championship?

Yes it certainly has. That is one of the things that is part of it (the contract ed.).

So you are more likely to get a permanent contract if you become a champion?

– Yes but if we, 7-9-13, should not win, then there are some criteria that still seem to be met.

At the time of writing, Lukas Lerager has played 56 matches for Jess Thorup’s troops, where he has also scored 12 goals and four assists.
