Krajinovic is better than Tiafo for the second round of Rome

Serbian tennis player Filip Krajinović advanced to the second round of the Masters in Rome, as he defeated American Francis Tiafo with 7: 6 (7), 7: 6 (4) today. The match between Krajinović and Tijafo, 56th and 25th tennis players in the world, lasted two hours and ten minutes.

There were no breaks in the first set, and Tiafo was closer to that, especially in the sixth game when he did not use four break opportunities. In the end, the first set was decided in a tie-break, which the Serbian tennis player won with 9: 7, using the third set ball.

Tiafo took the service away from Krajinović in the first game of the second set, but the Serbian tennis player managed to return the break in the eighth and equalize at 4: 4, and then lost one match ball in the tenth game.

What he missed then, is not in the new tie-break, which he won with 7: 4 for placement in the second round, where a duel against the Russian Andrei Rublev awaits him.

It will be the fourth duel between Krajinović and Rublev, and the current result is 2: 2.
