– Facebook suspends the project of a version of Instagram for children under 13, and does so in the name of children’s mental health: this is the response, announced by Adam Mosseri, head of Instagram, to the numerous criticisms that have rained on the project even before of its launch.
Mark Zuckerberg’s group explained on their blog that they want to take more time “to work with parents, experts and policy makers to demonstrate the value and necessity of this product.” But for now he suspends it.
