Nintendo prepares the arrival of the new Switch with OLED screen no more plans for new versions of your hybrid game console, as stated bluntly in response to the information shared by Bloomberg about a model with 4k support in development.
Workers of at least eleven video game companies are working with development kits of a Nintendo Switch with 4k support, as shared by the aforementioned media, which indicates that the new hardware would arrive at the end of next year at the earliest, which cites sources close to these plans.
The Japanese company has issued a short notice, through the social network Twitter, in which it says that the Bloomberg report “It is not true”, it is included qualifies it as “false” when it claims that it is providing tools to boost game development for a Nintendo Switch with 4K support.
In the statement it also reaffirms that has no plans for any new models other than Nintendo Switch – OLED model, a version presented in July that will go on sale next October 8.

The Bloomberg story also listed Zynga as one of eleven development companies that had one of the 4k kits. However, following the publication and release from Nintendo, Zynga has denied having one of the kits, as the aforementioned medium has collected in an update.
The company would have delivered the kits before the July announcement, when it unveiled the version with an OLED screen. The developers Bloomberg has spoken with have not speculated on Nintendo’s launch plans for the new console, but they hope to release their adapted games in the second half of 2022.
