Techland has revealed the details of the first crossover for Dying Light: The Beast, an initiative that sees the latest iteration of the survival horror series starring Kyle Crane blend its unparalleled action with the high stakes typical of PUBG MOBILE battle royale. The event aims to combine the survival horror experience with high-stakes competitive gameplay.
The “Skillet” mission and the airdrop race
The heart of the event is represented by the new mission “Skillet“, which integrates the survival action of Dying Light with distinctive elements of PUBG MOBILE. To access the adventure, players must activate the mission via the Dying Light Outpost by scanning the QR code on the promotional image. As a reward for just participating, all players will receive the exclusive Airdrop Finder car skin.
The adventure begins with a mysterious radio call that alerts the resident of Castor Woods to the presence of Kyle Crane. As the mission progresses, players must explore different locations, engaging in a race against time and, above all, against the Baron’s forces, to reach the delivery points (airdrops) before they are intercepted.
Those who manage to survive and complete the entire mission will be rewarded with a collection of PUBG MOBILE themed items. The prizes include the iconic cast iron frying pan, which has always been one of the community’s favorite objects, which can be used as a brutal weapon, as well as an old-fashioned club.
