Cloudflare is working to resolve a new failure in its services that has affected the operation of website services and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Zoom or the Anthropic Claude ‘chatbot’, globally, although it has already launched a solution.

The Internet security and server services company reported this Friday on its State page, around 9 a.m. (mainland Spain), of a problem with its network that has caused problems accessing different services globally.

There have been problems accessing Downdetector, LinkedIn, the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot Claude, Zoom and the video game Fortnite, among other services, as detailed by some users on the social network X.

Specifically, Cloudflare has explained that this is an error that affects customers who use the Cloudflare Control Panel and related APIs, as a result, it has warned that “requests could fail or errors could appear.”

However, around 9:20 a.m. (mainland Spain), the company reported in a new update that it has implemented a solution and is already monitoring the results, so the incident should be resolved soon and, with this, the affected services globally should return to their normal operation.
