WhatsApp has fixed a bug that prevents users from seeing and managing top-pinned conversations when using the multi-device feature, and will now allow them to sync.
The company is testing the multi-device function, which allows the messaging service to be used on a computer or other screen without the main mobile phone where the user’s account is located having to be switched on and connected to the Internet.
So far, in the beta of WhatsApp for desktop, users who use the multi-device function they couldn’t see pinned conversations or pin new ones to the top, where they are highlighted.
The beta version of WhatsApp for desktop (v2.2143.3) introduces an update with which it is already possible to view and manage pinned conversations, which appear with a pushpin icon, as reported by the specialized portal WABetainfo.
This portal clarifies that this novelty is available to a few testers of the beta version, and for the moment it seems that only for Mac, waiting for it to arrive also for Windows.
