vivo has presented its ‘smartphone’ V21 5G, a device with support for the fifth generation of mobile connectivity that power the front camera for selfies with a 44 megapixel sensor and optical image stabilization.
The vivo V21 5G family was presented at the end of April in the Asian market and now arrives in Spain, where it will be available in the next few days in the main ‘retailers’ (Fnac, Carrefour, El Corte Inglés, MediaMarkt and PcComponentes) for 399 euros.
V21 5G features support for 5G connectivity and works with MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor along with 8GB of RAM and an internal capacity of 128GB. It also has what is called virtual RAM, so you can use up to 3GB of internal capacity as RAM.
Integrate a 4,000mAh battery with support for the 33W cable fast charging system, which allows to charge 63 percent of the capacity in half an hour. The screen, of 6.44 inch, uses an AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
The characteristic of this ‘smartphone’ is the front camera, where vivo has implemented a 44 megapixel lens with f / 2.0 aperture, Image stabilization both optical and electronic and for the first time on the brand, flash dual in the front camera.
This configuration seeks to offer clear and very clear photographs quickly, as they have explained from live this Monday in a meeting with the press. Improves photography in low-light environments and thanks to artificial intelligence reduces noise in portrait mode for a more natural finish.
This camera has been equipped with creativity tools so that users can share original content on social networks. Thus, it has the ‘Double exposure’ function, which uses both the front and rear cameras, as well as ‘Dual view’, in this case, for videos.
The camera makes use of eye autofocus with artificial intelligence that does that regardless of the distance at which the photo of the face is taken in a selfie, he will always focus his gaze.
At the rear, the main camera employs a three lens system: a sensor 64 megapixel main with optical image stabilization, an ultra wide angle of 8 megapixels and a lens 2 megapixel macro that approaches up to 4 centimeters. This camera also has a boke effect and night mode, in which the shooting speed is reduced and the exposure time is increased to improve the lighting of the capture.
Vivo has also bet on the reader of fingerprints under the screen on both computers, which have a port USB type C and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.
The company has highlighted the distinctive design of these smartphones that was similar in color (Dusk Blue or Sunset Dazzle), with iridescent hues and matte finish; in the main chamber module, staggered; and in the profile, very slim and ergonomic.
