Istyle’s new Apple Premium Partner store was opened today in Zagreb, and lovers of Apple products waited in lines to experience everything in the store as in large Apple stores around the world
Although we don’t have an Apple store in Croatia, Apple users in Zagreb got the closest thing today, which is the first Apple Premium Partner store in the region, which opened in Zagreb’s Arena Center.
Behind it is iStyle, and it offers a design similar to Apple’s retail stores, from the design, to the larger number of staff that should offer a similar experience with the level of expertise of Apple retailers.
– This latest redesign enables us to offer new programs and personalized services to our valued customers, further strengthening our position in Croatia and the Adriatic region. The opening of our new Apple Premium Partner store took a huge effort from iSTYLE and the Apple teams, and we are immensely proud of our achievements – said Valeriu Ion, general manager of iSTYLE for Romania, Bulgaria and the countries of the Adria region.
One of the things that these ‘Premium Partner’ locations bring is the minimum number of closed showcases, that is, users can try practically the entire Apple range, with constant services such as replacement of screens or batteries on the same day.
In the near future, the store will be able to function without a physical cash register.
In addition, they will offer regular free education and open workshops for the general public. Courses starting in the spring will cover topics such as working with MacOS for beginners, tips and tricks for advanced Mac users, and a video editing course.
– Our goal is to make Apple products and services more accessible to users in Croatia and the Adriatic region. We believe that the opening of the first Apple Premium Partner store is just the beginning and we look forward to bringing this new retail experience to a larger number of customers in the future – said Antonela Jularić, head of retail at iSTYLE.
