Samsung’s next announcement event is just around the corner, and is expected to take place in February, according to a post on the company’s official blog, which surfaced over the weekend. During the event, which will take place according to various reports on February 8 or 9, the new flagship devices for 2022 – the Galaxy S22 – will be unveiled. The president of the company’s mobile division, TM Roh, hinted that during the event, the “heir” of the Note 20, which came out about two years ago, from the series of devices which was repeatedly reported that Samsung is planning to stop, will also be presented. However, there are speculations that the device in question will come in the form of the S22 Ultra.
The company posted an initial teaser on its YouTube page, which was titled: “Breaking the Rules of Everything Possible.” The short video reads: “Ready to break the rules?”. It’s not yet clear what the devices will look like – but customers around the world can already sign up for the early purchase of these devices.
The president of the mobile division later addressed the issue of integrating the S-Pen into the S22 devices, when according to previous reports, the Ultra model will come with a built-in stylus pen – the familiar pen from the Note series. He did not explicitly state this, we’ll introduce you to the most NOTEworthy S series device we’ve ever created “- something that hints at this possibility.
