Adobe Creative Cloud Express introduces new quick actions to convert, combine, and organize PDFs

Adobe has extended this Wednesday the PDF quick actions of your tool Creative Cloud Express, which introduce new features such as page organization, file merging, and text and image editing.

The Creative Cloud Express release in late December included two PDF Quick Actions: the ability to convert documents to PDF and from PDF. From this Wednesday, it is also possible to combine files – in various formats – into a single PDF and organize the pages.

Another novelty is the rapid action of editing text and images in PDF so that users can add or change the text or size of images in already created PDFs. From the company they indicate that this function is useful in cases where small updates are needed, such as changing the date of an event brochure.

Quick Actions for Creative Cloud Express PDFs are powered by Adobe Acrobat, the worldwide standard for PDFs, which means the file will retain the formatting and layout of the original document including elements such as tables or vignettes, as they have indicated in a statement.

Creative Cloud Express users can make one free download per week with quick PDF actions. Subscribers to the Creative Cloud Express Premium plan, or to plans that include premium access to Creative Cloud Express, have access to unlimited downloads with PDF Quick Actions from the Creative Cloud Express web app.
